Also, we would like others to have a glance at a "special needs" life hoping to increase awareness and reduce prejudice. The book follows simple comic and graphic pictures to demonstrate our journey. Yahya has rare genetic syndrome named CHARGE giving him various disabilities of bilateral profound hearing loss, vision impairment, missing vestibular system, feeding, and breathing problems. Yet he is very determined and resilient which taught us so much.
God, Was He Or She, Mom? Short Story
This is a philosophical story, narrated by the author about childish thinking, but logical asking his mom about the gender of God, was He a male, or She, female. This type of mysterious questions is considered as taboo in Muslim culture. Because there is no room for accepting abnormal questions attack cultural beliefs or solid as perceived by people. The other issue was honor-killing for reserving good reputation and honor, where the girl usually pays her life to satisfy tribal or familial arrogance and ignorance in most cases. The story was written in the process of Ihyaa al Turath al Arabi fil Mahjar (revival of Arab Heritage in Diaspora) project, sponsored by the Arab American Encyclopedia-USA. Both originated and supported by the author. Hasan Yahya is an Arab Palestinian American scholar, writer, and philosopher, he calls for listening and understanding between old and young generations in a rapid technological age and social change. Dr. Yahya authored and published over than 260 books for himself and other Arab writers. He resides in Michigan-USA. He has four children and ten grandchildren.

I. Dünya Savaşı sonunda mağlup ülkeler, yani, Almanya, Avusturya-Macaristan, Bulgaristan galiplerin kendilerine biçtiği kadere razı olmuşlardı. Bunun tek istisnası Türkiye'dir. Türk milleti Mustafa Kemal Atatürk önderliğinde, galiplerin dayatmalarına ve bağımsızlığını elinden alma çabalarına karşı direnmiş, kendine biçilen rolü kabul etmemiş, büyük bir İstiklal Savaşı vererek, kendi kaderini kendi tayin etmiş ve bağımsızlığını kazanmıştır.
