Bu incelemede bankacilik sektorunde karsilasilan bilisim suclarinin tespit edilmesi, suc tipolojilerinin belirlenmesi ve bu suclara hangi cezai yaptirimlarin uygulanmasi gerektigi konularinin ortaya konmasi amaclanmistir. Ulkemizde yaygin olarak kullanilan elektronik bankacilik kanallari tespit edilmis ve ilgili cezai normlar degerlendirilmistir. Turk Ceza Kanunu ve Banka Kartlari ve Kredi Kartlari Kanunu bu anlamda temel kanunlari olusturmaktadir. Bu cercevede konuyla ilgili teknik kavramlar, tarihi gelisim ve Yargitay kararlarina da yer verilmis ve diger ulkelerin hukuk sistemlerindeki duzenlemelere deginilmistir.
