Hypotension during spinal anesthesia is the most common complication of spinal anesthesia. Hypotension is due to sympathetic nervous system blockade. Spinal induce hypotension can cause significant morbidity and mortality for both mother and fetus. Prevention rather than treatment is the aim of this book.
