A presente dissertação assenta na tese da autonomia científica do Direito Administrativo das Subvenções, considerando as particularidades dos seus institutos – nomeadamente, do acto de subvenção, do contrato de subvenção, da ordem de restituição e da revogação e resolução sancionatórias –, mas também da existência de fontes normativas próprias e de princípios jurídicos específicos.
