Die Leitfrage ist: Inwiefern kann interkulturelles Mentoring langfristig dazu beitragen, die kulturelle/ethnische Diversität zu erhöhen und Organisationen im Sinne eines interkulturellen Öffnungsprozesses zu verändern – so dass Abgrenzungsmechanismen gegenüber kulturellen/ethnischen Minderheiten verringert werden.
