A Psicologia da Moralidade é uma área da Psicologia que busca compreender os processos psicológicos por meio dos quais um indivíduo passa a legitimar regras, princípios e valores morais. Esperamos que esta obra possa incentivar novos estudos na área, bem como embasar intervenções, com diferentes públicos e em variados contextos, que visem à construção de uma sociedade mais justa e digna para todos os seus membros.

"La lengua blanda" tiene el sabor de esos libros antiguos en que hechos y valores básicos de la vida - supervivencia, desgracia, la voz del subsuelo y de la alegría - son contemplados en su universalidad. Poesía filosófica, en suma, pero de un orden - el sapiencial - que nace de los grumos de la vida, y para quien el sabio es sólo ese hombre común que se detiene ante los taludes o los puestos de frutas, y que no puede concebir la belleza separada de la ética. La lengua blanda es la lengua de todos los humillados y ofendidos, pero también la de aquellos que - como el ángel o el padre de uno de los poemas de este libro - responden sin darse cuenta, sólo por soportar el peso de la vida, a preguntas que ignoran. This book is about the smallest unit of public policy: the government transaction. Government transactionsrequesting a birth certificate, registering a property, or opening a business, for exampleare the way that citizens and companies connect with the government. Efficient transactions enhance the business climate, citizen perception of government, and access to crucial public programs and services. In Latin America and the Caribbean, however, government transactions are often headaches. Public institutions rarely coordinate with each other, still rely on paper, and are more concerned about fulfilling bureaucratic requirements than meeting citizens needs.
