TEORI HUKUM PANCASILA
Pancasila yang menjadi landasan dalam perikehidupan bangsa Indonesia telah lahir berabad-abad lamanya jauh sebelum negara merdeka Republik Indonesia merdeka. Pancasila sejatinya lahir dari pertemuan dan akomodasi nilai, prinsip, moral, etika, budaya, bahkan warisan perikehidupan yang luhur berabad-abad silam. Upaya penggalian dan penelaahan lebih lanjut terhadap keluhuran dan aktualisasi Pancasila masih terus diupayakan dan digaungkan ditengah disrupsi, dekadensi, dan berbagai persoalan yang kompleks dalam pembangunan negara Republik Indonesia merdeka. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak kendatipun bangsa Indonesia utamanya pada generasi saat ini yang mulai abai dan cenderung mengikuti perkembangan trend global ketimbang merevitalisasi dan meneguhkan serta melestarikan Pancasila dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan bangsa.
