The Dynamite Conspiracy is a narrative-driven retelling of the bombing of the anti-Union Los Angeles Times by Union Terrorists in 1910. The attack killed 20 people. After a six-month search by a bulldog detective, William Burns, the two conspirators were caught and put on trial in Los Angeles. The era’s top defense attorney, Clarence Darrow, who was hired by Samuel Gompers of the American Federation of Labor, defended them.
