Written for people with cancer and for those caring for them, this booklet discusses both medical and non-drug treatments for pain caused by cancer, as well as ways of dealing with many of the other symptoms of cancer, such as sickness, insomnia, skin problems and breathing difficulties. It includes things that you can do for yourself, or your family can do for you, as well as those that need to be dealt with by a doctor or other health professional. A list of useful organizations to contact is also included.
