O Princípio Vida
A obra explora o conceito de vida em sua dualidade dimensional, uma mecânica e outra imaterial, reconhecendo a relevância tanto da dimensão biológica quanto da biográfica. Desconstrói a suficiência jurídico-conceitual dominante que limita o princípio vida apenas à biomecânica corporal. Questiona-se a base de definição do "tempo certo da morte", confrontando a ortotanásia como única prática lícita admitida no Brasil para determinação da morte assistida. Com base em elementos transdisciplinares e teóricos, o livro aponta para a necessidade de uma legislação mais abrangente e inclusiva, que reconheça a relevância da vida biográfica em conjunto com a vida biomecânica. A mudança paradigmática sugerida preenche a agenda de discussões globais sobre o tema, impulsionada por decisões judiciais baseadas nos elementos de ressignificação mencionados.

Sound Practice in Government Debt Management
Since the late 1980's, many OECD governments have invested heavily in improving the quality of their debt management practices. In recent years, the topic has received additional attention for its potential role in reducing the vulnerability of emerging economies to financial and economic shocks. A government asset and liability management framework can offer valuable conceptual insights for managing the risks associated with government debt portfolios and their interface with a wide range of public policy issues. Prudent risk management requires clear objectives or debt managers, sound institutional and legal framework, appropriate quality assurance procedures and checks and balances, and efficient management information systems. This report draws from the experiences of leading countries in this field.
Claudia Andujar: the Yanomami Struggle
This book is published to accompany Claudia Andujar, The Yanomami Struggle at the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, the most ambitious exhibition ever devoted to the Brazilian photographer who since the 1970s has dedicated her life to photography and the protection of the Yanomami Indians, one of the largest Amerindian communities in the Brazilian Amazon. Conceived by Thyago Nogueira for the Instituto Moreira Salles in Brazil, Claudia Andujar, The Yanomami Struggle features over 200 black-and-white and color photographs, many of which have never been shown before, as well as an audiovisual installation, historical documents and drawings produced by Yanomami artists. The fruit of several years' research into the photographer's archives, the exhibition reflects the two inseparable aspects of her approach: one aesthetic, the other political. The exhibition also shows Claudia Andujar's significant contribution to photographic art and the essential role she has played and continues to play in the defense of Yanomami rights and the forest in which they live.
