Este projeto tem como objetivo geral explorar, a partir de uma perspectiva psicológica, as diferentes estratégias e abordagens para uma convivência mais inclusiva e saudável com pessoas no espectro autista. Para alcançar esse objetivo, foram estabelecidos três objetivos específicos: i) discutir sobre as abordagens e estratégias psicológicas para a convivência e o manejo do Transtorno do Espectro Autista, visando à promoção de uma convivência inclusiva e saudável; ii) apresentar as principais características e diagnóstico do Transtorno do Espectro Autista, sob uma perspectiva psicológica; iii) verificar as abordagens terapêuticas psicológicas utilizadas no manejo do autismo e sua eficácia. Para atingir esses objetivos, foi adotada uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando uma metodologia bibliográfica e explicativa.

Este belo trabalho que chega até nós é um estudo dentro de um tempo que, especialmente, no Brasil, é muito oportuno. Sou filho de um movimento intersexo, que, desde 2015, chama a atenção da sociedade brasileira a respeito da vida contida nas narrativas intersexos pela busca de um verdadeiro sexo. Nossas histórias de paixões parecem ter sido emolduradas pela pena de Armand Dubarry, vivificadas na tradução e nos ensaios de Nilton Milanez. Os estudos que encontramos aqui nos levam a uma reflexão sobre nosso tempo, assim como ao aporte teórico em torno do corpo, convocando a realidade atual da luta e do movimento intersexo.
