How Do People Learn?
New competitive models and a step-change in the capability and potential of learning technology are creating opportunities and imperatives for improving the effectiveness of learning delivery. There is a shift in focus to the individual learner. To assist human resource professionals manage this transition, this report reviews what is currently known about learning.
