Best of F.B. Meyer
Dr FB Meyer was a pastor in York, Leicester and Regent's Park, London during the latter part of the nineteenth century. His congregations were large with over 800 members in Melbourne Hall, Leicester; he also undertook prison visitation and social action to help the underprivileged. In addition to his pastoral work he preached regularly at the Keswick Convention. This selection from his writings is a good introduction to a prolific author who wrote commentaries, character studies, devotional and daily reading material.
