Post-Silicon Validation and Debug
This book provides a comprehensive coverage of System-on-Chip (SoC) post-silicon validation and debug challenges and state-of-the-art solutions with contributions from SoC designers, academic researchers as well as SoC verification experts. Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems
This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems, TACAS 2012, held as part of the joint European Conference on Theory and Practice of Software, ETAPS 2012, which took place in Tallinn, Estonia, in March/April 2012.
