Com efeito, a produção desta obra pela Editora Dialética possui relevância indiscutível, pois põe em relevo a produção no ensino, pesquisa e extensão da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal da Bahia e a construção de saberes jurídicos que buscam referência em concepções que rompem com o discurso eurocêntrico, dogmático e positivado na maioria dos cursos de direito.

A obra Paradigmas Atuais do Conhecimento Jurídico traz 18 (dezoito) artigos científicos frutos das diversas reflexões acadêmicas gestadas a partir da troca de conhecimentos fomentados na Disciplina Paradigmas Atuais do Conhecimento Jurídico, ministrada pelo Prof. Dirley da Cunha Jr., no segundo semestre de 2021, no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal da Bahia.
