PENGANTAR ILMU HUKUM
Buku Pengantar Ilmu Hukum ini merupakan dasar bagi mahasiswa hukum atau masyarakat umum yang ingin mempelajari hukum. Oleh karena itu, sasaran buku ini ditujukan untuk para akademisi, profesi hukum, mahasiswa, serta masyarakat umum untuk memberikan pemahaman awal guna mengantar para pembaca untuk mempelajari hukum selanjutnya. Buku ini kami rencanakan terdiri dari 14 (empat belas) bab. Diawali dengan bab yang membahas pengetahuan umum tentang Ilmu hukum dan pengantar ilmu hukum. Selanjutnya bab-bab yang membahas manusia, masyarakat dan hukum; kaidah-kaidah sosial, kaidah hukum dan kaidah sosial lainnya; pengertian hukum; tujuan hukum, fungsi hukum; sumber-sumber hukum; subjek hukum, objek hukum dan peristiwa hukum; aliran-aliran dalam hukum; penegakan hukum dan penemuan hukum; sistem hukum; hukum dan moral; dan terakhir membahas ilmu-ilmu bantu dalam pempelajari ilmu hukum.
Buku Ajar Pengantar Ilmu Hukum
Buku Ajar Pengantar Ilmu Hukum ini disusun sebagai buku panduan komprehensif yang menjelajahi kompleksitas dan mendalamnya tentang ilmu hukum. Buku ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di bidang ilmu hukum dan pembelajaran dan diberbagai bidang Ilmu terkait lainnya. Buku ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan dan referensi mengajar mata kuliah pengantar ilmu hukum dan menyesuaikan dengan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester tingkat Perguruan Tinggi masing-masing. Secara garis besar, buku ajar ini pembahasannya mulai dari pengertian dan ruang lingkup pengantar ilmu hukum, kaedah sosial, jenis-jenis kaedah sosial, sifat dan perumusan hukum, hubungan hukum dengan keadilan, sumber hukum positif, Undang-Undang, kebiasaan, traktat, doktrin, yurisprudensi, asas hukum dan sistem hukum, subyek hukum dan obyek hukum. Selain itu materi mengenai hukum dan hak dan penegakan hukum juga di bahas secara mendalam. Buku ajar ini disusun secara sistematis, ditulis dengan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dipahami, dan dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

In this year, MSCEIS 2019 takes the following theme: "Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science Education for Addressing Challenges and Implementations of Revolution-Industry 4.0" held on October 12, 2019 in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

The Haqqani Network
How does the Haqqani Network make decisions? The decisions the Haqqani Network makes in the next five years will likely influence the future of Afghanistan. This study reviews existing literature to better understand how the Haqqani Network makes decisions through the qualitative analysis of three key decisions the organization made in the past: the inclusion of foreign fighters, the decision to ally with the Taliban Movement, and the decision to maintain an alliance with the Taliban after 9/11. The results show that the Haqqani Network makes decisions to protect and maintain its autonomy.
