In Part I entitled WALKING IN THE LIGHT, Gerard Jensen learned about ancient religions and Metaphysics in Trinity, California. He was a journalist from Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. Metaphysics means wisdom beyond the physical plane. Astral and etheric planes exist. STARTLING FLASHBACKS in Part II, is a startling account about Celeste Waters, who had flashbacks about six, past embodiments.
