Perhatian itulah yang ditulis 9 Anggota Dewan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Melalui pengalaman masing-masing Anggota Dewan Perpustakaan yang berasal dari berbagai unsur. Para penulis berupaya memberikan gambaran bagaimana pengembangan literasi di Sumatra Utara ditinjau dari perspektif Dewan Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
