Alex Collier wrote in '95 that since my 40th birthday (on 3/23/1994) vibrations leave all black holes of our (local) universe, changing its nature, lifting all planets into higher dimensions. I believe these frequencies come from the Immortals, living on Earth now, including me.

Our planet is currently experiencing substantial changes due to natural phen- ena and direct or indirect human interactions. Observations from space are the only means to monitor and quantify these changes on a global and long-term p- spective. It was in September 1906 that the predecessor of the IAG, the 'Internationale Erdmessung', th organized the 15 General Assembly at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest.
