Pendapat yang sudah sering digunakan dari empat madzhab yaitu berhubungan dengan alasan dibolehkannya nikah mut’ah pada zaman dahulu, umat Islam yang sering pergi untuk berperang, hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak diantara merekan tidak bisa menikah dan memiliki keluarga, karena harus senantiasa melakukan perjalanan jauh dan berperang melawan kaum kafir, terlebih lagi banyak mereka yang baru memeluk agama Islam, mereka yang sudah terbiasa dengan budaya arab yang jahil, yang suka berhubungan seksual dengan siapa saja yang dikehendaki dan meninggalkannya jika sudah tidak menarik lagi. Hal tersebut didasari karena kehidupan mereka yang mengedepankan hawa nafsu. Pada saat mereka memeluk agama Islam, dengan ajaran yang mengatur terkait seksual, akan sangat sulit bagi mereka menahan hawa nafsu tersebut terlebih pada saat perjalanan berperang. Itulah yang mendasari dibolehkannya dan wajar jika nikah mut’ah dibolehkan dalam jangka waktu sementara. Pernikahan seperti ini tidak mengakibatkan sifat permanen yang harus memerlukan hak dan kewajiban antara suami istri ataupun terhadap anak.

Panorama ini patut untuk dihayati karena memberikan daya tarik tersendiri yang membedakan dari destinasi ekowisata lain di Kalimantan Selatan.
