The 5th International Conference on Law, Social Sciences and Education (ICLSSE) 2023 is an international forum for disseminating knowledge and research development from researchers, practitioners, professionals, and those in legal studies, social sciences, and social science education. The main objectives of the conference are: -to disseminate knowledge and discussion on law, social sciences, and social science education -to provide a platform and opportunity for all academics and professionals through academic dialogue -to prepare academics, professionals, and the public to address educational, sociocultural, legal, and geographical issues to support Indonesian Constitutionalism.
State Administrative Law in Indonesia
This book examines Indonesian laws regulating state administration, in other words, the relationship between the Indonesian government and its citizens. This book uses public administration science to explain state administrative law. It covers the historical evolution of state administrative law in Indonesia, the political and legal acceptance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Indonesia as well as the ratification of the 2020 Omnibus Law reforms. It evaluates both the benefits and drawbacks of establishing laws through the Omnibus Law model, and the challenges of its adoption by the Indonesian statutory system. The book also examines state administrative law in other Southeast Asian countries, to provide a more nuanced understanding of how human rights implementation occurs in the respective legal regimes. Covering the legal reforms and changes to state administrative law in Indonesia, this book will be of keen interest to scholars of state administrative law, public administration, and constitutional law.

The rise of technology and ease of spread of information has facilitated the diaspora of new ideas in the community. The penetration of new ideology and new values challenges the status quo of value and morality in our community. While this can be seen as an opportunity to evolve as a nation, the introduction of radical and separatism brings chaos to the community. As an annual event, The 2nd International Conference on Law, Social Sciences and Education (ICLSSE) 2020 continued the agenda to bring together researcher, academics, experts and professionals in examining selected theme by applying multidisciplinary approaches. In 2020, this event will be held in 10 November at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The conference from any kind of stakeholders related with Education, Political, Law and Social Related Studies. Each contributed paper was refereed before being accepted for publication. The double-blind peer reviewed was used in the paper selection.

From Exclusion to Equality

This Handbook aims to assist parliamentarians and others in efforts to realize the Convention so that persons with disabilities can achieve the transition from exclusion to equality. It seeks to raise awareness of the Convention and its provisions, promote an appreciation of disability concerns, and assist parliaments in understanding the mechanisms and frameworks needed to translate the Convention into practice.
