L’opera raccoglie i prodotti scientifici realizzati nell’ambito del progetto di ricerca “Stability and flexibility in Labour Law reforms. Europe and Latin America”, proposto da Professori e ricercatori della Sapienza con il contributo di studiosi provenienti da diversi Paesi europei e latino-americani. L’obiettivo preminente dell’opera è quello di indagare le trasformazioni sociali e organizzative che hanno interessato tanto gli equilibri interni quanto esterni al rapporto di lavoro sino a giungere a modificare gli stessi tratti caratterizzanti il mercato del lavoro. La struttura dell’opera riflette i percorsi di ricerca sviluppati al fine di raggiungere i risultati del progetto.
