My name is Joseph Pratt. I work in the county Prison just outside of Buffalo New York. I wrote the following journal when I came into contact with who can only be described as death himself. Several weeks ago before he died he told me that I would have to save someone by 2-11. In the past weeks since, I have witnesses several gruesome murders. From his jail cell he has been able to show me that the murders were committed to cover up crimes against children. He has also shown me that the crimes against children are about to start again.
