Ohjelmistotestauksen käsikirja
Tämä kirja esittelee ohjelmistojen testauksen perusperiaatteet, tärkeimmät testauksen työkalut sekä testauksen työvaiheet. Lisäksi kirjassa puhutaan testauksen hallinnon näkökulmasta sekä esitellään ammattitestaajille tärkeimmät alan sertifikaatit ja standardit. Kirjassa testaus esitellään niin testaustyötä tekevän kuin testaustoimintaa hallinnoivien henkilöidenkin näkökulmasta. Lisäksi teokseen on kerätty testaustyöhön liittyviä esimerkkejä ja havaintoja oikeista yrityksistä ja niiden toimitavoista. Ohjelmistotestauksen käsikirja opastaa muun muassa seuraavissa aiheissa: Testauksen tärkeimmät työmenetelmät Testauksen tärkeimmät työkalut Testauksen organisointi yrityksissä Testaus ja laadun mittaaminen Tärkeimmät ammattitestaajan sertifikaatit ja standardit Testaustoiminnan kehittäminen Kirja sisältää myös ohjelmistontuotannon perusteet siinä määrin kuin mitä kirjan sisällön ymmärtämiseksi on välttämätöntä. Kirja on jaettu 14 aihekokonaisuuteen, joten se sopii itseopiskelun lisäksi myös oppikirjaksi testauksen peruskurssille.
Tietojohtaminen ja tapaus SOTE
Tietojohtaminen on tiedon ja tiedolla johtamista. Kirjassa kehitetään tiedonkäsityksen malli ja ydintehtävämalli. Tietojohtamisen tapausesimerkkinä käytetään SOTEA eli sosiaalihuoltoa ja terveydenhuoltoa mukaan lukien meneillään oleva SOTE- uudistus. Kirjaa voidaan pitää pienimuotoisena tutkielmana tietojohtamisen pirulliseen maailmaan. Teos soveltuu käsikirjaksi alan asiantuntijoille sekä oppimateriaaliksi. Toimialamurros on käynnissä ja ajatusten ristipölytys on tarpeen.

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Software Business, ICSOB 2021, which was held during December 2-3, 2021. The conference was originally planned to take place in Drammen, Norway, but changed to an online format due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The special theme of ICSOB 2021 was software sustainability. The 13 full papers and 5 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 39 submissions.
