This volume is produced in commemoration of the official retirement of Professor Kay Williamson from the Department of Linguistics and Communication Studies, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The contributing essayists cover five main generations of Nigerian linguists. Time After Time
Pamela Ryan's marriage is over, but her emotionally disturbed husband, Norman, tells her he'd rather kill her than to let her go. A Grammar of the Kolokuma Dialect of Ịjọ
This 1969 monograph is a descriptive grammar of a dialect of Ịjọor (Ijaw), a language spoken in the Niger Delta area of Southern Nigeria. The dialect described, Kolokuma, is quite widely understood.
