My childrens book Zoo Quest is in full colour, illustrated and written in classic form. It will appeal to children of all ages especially those who have an interest in wild animals. The story depicts the school children having a fun day out at an animal zoo park, coupled with an educational experience learning about wild animals, this will be used in a school project on the preservation and conservation of wild animals who are now under threat from deforestation destruction of their natural habitat. The children are encouraged to ask questions and to participate in various activities such as feeding the elephants, riding camels and handling snakes. These experiences, I would suggest, will help to improve the childrens self confidence, coordination and social skills.
The visit by children to the farm will help to educate those living in cities and towns about country life.
