Inspired by the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, Lona Truding presents a mature study of esoteric Christian philosophy. She begins with the primordial Garden of Eden and then examines the missions of Christian Rosenkreutz, Mani, Joan of Arc, St. Paul, St. Francis, and Raphael. She then contemplates the mysterious acts of healing performed by Christ, as described in the Gospels. She ends with an examination of the Christian core of Steiner's Philosophy of Spiritual Activity (Intuitive Thinking As a Spiritual Path).
This 2001 biography reassesses philosopher Karl Popper's life and works within the context of interwar Vienna.

Almost immediately, rumours started to spread around the world that the two philosophers had come to blows, armed with red-hot pokers . . .
A rallying call for all those who have been disquieted or disgusted by the excesses of artistic modernism. This is a collection of ten provocative essays on the arts, by writers of varied orientations who share a skepticism about the exaggerated role of modernism and the successive avant-gardes in shaping what is accepted as valid contemporary art. The essays cover painting and other visual arts, literature, music, and general observations about all the arts. It is not an exercise in hand-wringing about the current state of the arts, but looks for different directions in which the arts may now fruitfully evolve. Despite the diverse philosophies of the contributors, these essays together cons...
