É nesse contexto que a presente obra se insere, fruto de debates e pesquisas do Grupo de Estudos de Direito Administrativo (GDA) realizados no decorrer do ano de 2016. Assim, temos o enorme prazer de apresentar os resultados dos estudos e pesquisas por meio da presente obra coletiva que brinda o leitor com os temas debatidos ao longo do ano. O desafio encarado com garra e dedicação por todos do GDA gerou essa obra importante para o cenário jurídico. Por isso, agradecemos a todos que escreveram e também aqueles que, diretamente ou indiretamente, contribuíram com a produção do trabalho. E o GDA prossegue o seu caminhado estudando agora a relação do Direito Administrativo com as novas tecnologias.

As transformações por que passa o mundo, velhos problemas continuam em evidência. Dentro dos direitos humanos, o saneamento básico continua a ser um grande desafio. A titularidade da gestão da água e do esgotamento sanitário está no topo das discussões. A recente lei sobre o Marco do Saneamento trouxe transformações no setor, como concorrência, universalização, regulação pela Agência Nacional de Águas. Neste sentido a obra coletiva sobre direito sanitário está atenta na busca de identificar problemas e soluções, tanto na gestão desses direitos pela iniciativa pública quanto pela iniciativa privada. African Dynamics in a Multipolar World
Fifty years after the foundation of the OAU and the consolidation of most African states and institutions, the international panorama and Africa’s position in it have changed considerably. The world's geopolitical and economic configuration has evolved, with new actors appearing in a new period of globalization.
