Pode-se afirmar que a pandemia por covid-19 foi um evento de proporções catastróficas que ceifou a vida de milhões de pessoas em todo o mundo e ainda faz vítimas. Com certeza, uma das classes laborais que mais sofreu o seu impacto, foi dos profissionais de saúde que trabalharam no atendimento à Covid-19. Esta produção cientifica agrega os resultados da pesquisa intitulada “Saúde Física e Mental dos Trabalhadores da Saúde da Atenção Básica do município de Dourados-MS no contexto da pandemia: subsídios para compreensão do ambiente de trabalho” e estudos realizados por pesquisadores, acadêmicos e colaboradores, com foco na saúde do trabalhador da saúde. É sob essa perspectiva que esse e-book se propõe a apresentar um diagnóstico das condições físicas e mentais dos trabalhadores da atenção primária, durante e pós-pandemia, bem como a apresentação de propostas para a melhoria das condições de qualidade de vida e trabalho. El presente trabajo trata de determinar la incidencia del apoyo social percibido sobre la salud, el bienestar y la adherencia al tratamiento del enfermo crónico. Además, es novedosa la inclusión en el estudio de las conductas de apoyo social no funcional. Otro propósito se encamina a determinar en qué grado se relaciona el cumplimiento terapéutico con la salud y el bienestar de los enfermos.
