Under the inaugural editorialship of Ardi Imseis, volume 15 of the Palestine Yearbook of International Law is devoted, in part, to examining the persistence of the Question of Palestine through the lens of the Third World Approaches to International Law school of thought. In addition to this cutting edge legal critique of the prevailing situation in the occupied Palestinian territory and beyond , this volume includes an article devoted to an assessment of whether the December 2009-January 2010 hostilities in the Gaza Strip amounted to an act of aggression under international law.
