São objeto deste livro as formas de prevenção aos danos causados tanto pelos atos de alienação parental como pelo abandono afetivo, entre elas: • Mediação familiar; • Integração entre a guarda compartilhada e a convivência familiar; • Regulamentação da convivência virtual; • Plano de parentalidade; • Medidas coercitivas típicas e atípicas; e • Configuração do crime de desobediência. Nesse contexto, propõe-se a busca por uma parentalidade sustentável, requalificando os deveres parentais, em especial aquele de conviver e cuidar (reciclagem); alterando o foco punitivo e compensatório da responsabilidade civil para uma visão preventiva aos danos (redução); e desta forma, corrigir as condutas parentais que se mostram contrárias a o interesse do filho (recuperação).
