CAS and Football: Landmark Cases
FIFA has accepted the jurisdiction of the CAS as from 11 November 2002. This date does not mark the beginning of the arbitration of the CAS in football matters, however it has to be stated, that from this date on football disputes in front of the CAS increased enormously. A New Agenda For Football Crowd Management
This book provides a holistic and interdisciplinary focus on the legal regulation and policing of football violence and disorder in Britain. Anchored in ground-breaking ethnographic and participant-action research, the book combines a crowd psychology and socio-legal approach to critically explore the contemporary challenges of managing football crowds.
