This book is suggested to be a manual for any individual who is hurting, has a habit or any hang-up. You may wondering why He is allowing you to go through this situation or circumstance (because it does not feel good). I know that you have imagined your life to be different than what it is; and truthfully you believe that God does not really even care. But I want you to know that He actually put you in that situation or circumstance because He wants other individuals to know who may be going through the same issues or problems that you are that He can and He definitely will deliver. For He is still God - no matter what!!! Just know as Marvin Winans sings He has His hands on you. All you have to do is give Him the praise for your deliverance right now. Never - ever give up and let Him have His way!!!
What are the chemical aspects of graphene as a novel 2D material and how do they relate to the molecular structure? This book addresses these important questions from a theoretical and computational standpoint. Graphene Chemistry: Theoretical Perspectives presents recent exciting developments to correlate graphene’s properties and functions to its structure through state-of-the-art computational studies. This book focuses on the chemistry aspect of the structure-property relationship for many fascinating derivatives of graphene; various properties such as electronic structure, magnetism, and chemical reactivity, as well as potential applications in energy storage, catalysis, and nanoelectr...
This Worldwide List of Alternative Theories and Critics (only avalailable in english language) includes scientists involved in scientific fields. The 2023 issue of this directory includes the scientists found in the Internet. The scientists of the directory are only those involved in physics (natural philosophy). The list includes 9700 names of scientists (doctors or diplome engineers for more than 70%). Their position is shortly presented together with their proposed alternative theory when applicable. There are nearly 3500 authors of such theories, all amazingly very different from one another. The main categories of theories are presented in an other book of Jean de Climont THE ALTERNATIVE THEORIES
This authored monograph presents the state-of-the-art improvements in 2D materials, focusing on their most significant achievements, as well as recent emergence and potential applications. The book discusses synthetic protocols as well as the structural chemistry and physical properties of various 2D materials and explores their energy-related utilization. The main energy harvesting applications such as piezoelectric generators, solar cells and hydrogen evolution reactions are analyzed, while special focus is also given to the related energy storage technologies such as rechargeable batteries, supercapacitors and wearable energy storage devices. This volume sheds new light on 2D materials and their applications and will be a useful tool for graduates and academics working in the fields of materials science, materials physics and chemistry.
This thesis deals with the development and in-depth study of a new class of optoelectronic material platform comprising graphene and MoS_2, in which MoS_2 is used essentially to sensitize graphene and lead to unprecedently high gain and novel opto-electronic memory effects. The results presented here open up the possibility of designing a new class of photosensitive devices which can be utilized in various optoelectronic applications including biomedical sensing, astronomical sensing, optical communications, optical quantum information processing and in applications requiring low intensity photodetection and number resolved single photon detection.
Alfred Russel Wallace's 'Man's Place in the Universe' is a groundbreaking scientific work that explores the position of humans in the natural world. Published in 1903, this book delves into the realms of astronomy, biology, and philosophy to elucidate the interconnectedness of humans with the cosmos. Wallace's writing style is meticulous and precise, drawing upon extensive research and observations to support his claims. This book is a blend of scientific inquiry and philosophical reflection, offering readers a comprehensive understanding of humanity's place in the grand scheme of the universe. Wallace's insightful analysis of evolution and cosmic evolution sets this book apart as a seminal work in the field of scientific literature. With a keen eye for detail and a sharp intellect, Wallace invites readers to ponder questions of existence and purpose in a thought-provoking manner. 'Man's Place in the Universe' is a must-read for anyone interested in the intersection of science, philosophy, and human consciousness.
In 1858, aged thirty-five, weak with malaria, isolated in the remote Spice Islands, Alfred Russel Wallace wrote to Charles Darwin: he had, he said excitedly, worked out a theory of natural selection. Darwin was aghast - his work of decades was about to be scooped. Within a fortnight, his outline and Wallace's paper were presented jointly in London. A year later, with Wallace still at the opposite side of the world, On the Origin of Species was published. Wallace had none of Darwin's advantages or connections. Born in Usk, Gwent, in 1823, he left school at fourteen and in his mid-twenties spent four years in the Amazon collecting for museums and wealthy patrons, only to lose all his finds in ...
