Manajemen Pelayanan dalam Perspektif Islam
Mahasiswa sebagai peserta didik adalah stakeholder inti dalam pelayanan akademik. Kepuasan pelayanan yang diterima oleh mahasiswa sebagai stakeholder inti ini menjadi tonggak keberlangsungan Perguruan Tinggi dan peningkatan animo mahasiswa. Hal ini terjadi karena kepuasan mahasiswa akan berdampak pada loyalitasnya terhadap Perguruan Tinggi. Manajemen pelayanan menjadi masalah yang berkembang di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia, termasuk di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri. Dari beberapa penelitian juga ditemukan hasil bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan, yaitu faktor realibility (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), empathy (kemampuan membina hubungan), dan tangible (bukti langsung).
