A identificação e o estatuto jurídico das árvores
Trata-se de um estudo histórico da degradação ambiental antrópica do Planeta, intensificada pelas revoluções das descobertas industriais e guerras, aliada à formação e urbanização das cidades e arcabouço da evolução jurídica do Estado. As árvores e seus atributos são essenciais ao equilíbrio ambiental e sadia qualidade de vida dos demais seres vivos. Objetivamente as árvores são seres vivos discriminados, mormente diante de suas plurais contribuições. Desde a absorção e refletância da energia solar e cósmica até o fornecimento de alimentos, abrigos, matéria-prima, climatização, reserva de água e carbono, dentre outros. No meio urbano, as árvores são imprescindíveis. O reflorestamento, identificação, manutenção e proteção das árvores devem ser organizados e geridos pelo município com a participação popular. O modelo Belo Horizontino possui diagnóstico precário, mas é um dos melhores do País e do Mundo, considerando os resíduos arquitetônicos mais preservados da "Cidade Jardim".
