KKTC'de Girne'ye Bağlı Şirinevler Köyü Monografisi
Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda adada monografi çalışmalarının yetersiz olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. KKTC’de bulunan Girne iline bağlı Şirinevler köyünün monografi özelliği incelenmiş, köyün fiziki yapısı ve köyde yaşayan insanların sosyo-kültürel yaşamları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma köyün fiziki ve sosyo-kültürel öğelerinin tespiti ve tanıtılması açısından önemlidir. Araştırmada sözlü kompozisyon performans teori modelleri kullanılmıştır. Örneklem yönteminde kartopu yöntemi, veri toplama aracı olarak kamera, fotoğraf makinesi kullanılmıştır. Görüntüsünün çekilmesini istemeyen kaynak kişilerin de anlattıkları araştırmacı tarafından not edilmiştir. Derleme sonunda anlamlı bilgiler bir araya getirilerek, araştırmanın bulgular bölümünde sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonunda gelenek ve göreneklere bağlılığın yaşlı kuşaklardan genç kuşaklara gelindikçe değiştirildiği, gelenek ve göreneklerin terk edildiği tespit edilmiştir.

Çalışmanın verileri Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde bulunan Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi, Girne Amerikan Üniversitesi, Lefke Avrupa Üniversitesi ve Yakındoğu Üniversitesi’nin arşiv ve kataloglarından tarama yapılarak elde edilmiştir.

Populist and Pro-Violence State Religion
This book explores state–religion relations under a populist authoritarian ruling party in Turkey.
