This is the third book in Garry Egger's series of books based on his Professor Trim's Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program, a medically-based programme endorsed by GPs. The book provides a listing of hundreds of food products broken down by energy density, a hot topic in weight control research. Regulating the energy density of food that is consumed has begun to supersede previous medical arguments about fat or carbohydrate content as the pivotal factor in weight loss.
