Im zweiten Schritt untersucht die Autorin, welche Erfahrungen die weiblichen Auszubildenden in diesem männerdominierten Handwerk machen. Die Analyse der Fallstudien zeigt deutlich, wie früh das Interesse von Mädchen an technischen Berufen geweckt werden muss.
