Pelanggaran kode etik menjadi permasalahan dalam kenotariatan sehingga perlunya diberikan bentuk-bentuk penerapan sanksi serta penegasan upaya hukum apabila melaksanakan pelanggaran kode etik bagi jabatan notaris.
