"People have asked me about how to meditate so I wrote quite extensively about that in my book "Coffee with God." Then they came to me and asked what they should meditate on, and hence this book which gives suggestions for each day of the year. I believe that as Christians we should always ground our meditating in the Scriptures and so for all the thoughts I've suggested, and all of which are designed to remind us of God's constant Presence with us, I have also given a couple of Bible readings relevant to the suggestion. There has also been added for each day a place for you to make notes of what appeared to be important in your time with God. This can also be used in following years (after you finish your meditation) to look back on and see if maybe God is saying something new to you through those same readings."
LEARNING WITH GOD
The third in a trilogy of "...with God" books, this book seeks to bring together the apparent angry God of the Old Testament with the God who is Love of the New Testament. Over many chapters covering many different topics it suggests ways for you and me, the ordinary Christians, to live out our Christian calling to be holy as our Father in heaven is Holy, by filling our daily lives with the Presence of Jesus, by trying to make it our aim to act and re-act as He would in all our daily situations. Whilst insisting on total obedience to God, at the same time the book claims that His love is unconditional. Everything is written in the hope that by spending quiet times with God we will eventually become aware of His constant Presence with us and let that knowledge rule in our lives.
MURDER IS JUST THE WARNING
MURDER in a public park and the daughter of a jailed mob boss is kidnapped - so the action begins. All this violence is just a warning to put pressure on the jailed mobster to prevent him spilling all to the authorities. The mobster’s gardener is arrested for the murder and a lively courtroom drama ensues. The lawyer and his private investigator are hired to find the missing child. The search leads to a mob farm on South Africa's Highveld near Johannesburg, into the highrise slums of Hillbrow then into the township of Soweto. This is followed by a mad dash into neighbouring Zimbabwe to rescue the investigator’s young brother in law from a group of rogue Zimbabwean soldiers involved in rhino horn poaching and reaches its terrifying climax in an encounter with an enraged Hippopotamus in the Limpopo riverbed.

GOD CALLS
HOW would you know if or when God called you to serve Him full time? Would you dismiss His call as you would an annoying insect or would you sit up and listen? The Bible tells us that we are all saints and in the same way I believe we are all to be ministers. After all, we are encouraged to test things and in the back of the mind will always be that great question mark. Is it indeed God calling or is it just wishful thinking on my part?
MURDER TO ORDER
Witness a savage murder as the action begins. This murder turns into the gruesome discovery of the body of the victim years later when the badly decomposed corpse is dug up in the grounds of a prison by a hungry dog searching for scraps of food. Visits to gang leaders in prison and clashes with mob hit-men are all part of their daily action. Now the mob are trying to take over, illegally if necessary, a Big 5 Game Reserve near an international border so it can be used as a staging post to smuggle wild animal parts and illicit diamonds out of the country and drugs back in. Mo and Jack must now do what they do best, and that is put a spoke in the bad guys’ proverbial wheel.
