Alexander Hillebrandt s. 21.12.1716 Uppsalassa aloitti sotilasuransa 15-vuotiaana Ruotsin armeijassa. Hänen isänsä Johann Michael Hillebrandt liittyi KaarleXII armeijaan karoliinina ja yleni lopulta sodissa kapteeniksi. Johann taisteli mm.
