A política de interiorização do ensino superior na Amazônia setentrional roraimense
Na tentativa de compreender a importância do Ensino Superior no Brasil profundo (o interior do país, as regiões afastadas dos grandes centros urbanos, das capitais), foi que construímos esse livro. A ideia inicial era conhecer a realidade do Ensino Superior Público em Roraima e para tanto trabalhamos essa trajetória desde a implantação do Estado de Roraima pela Constituição de 1988 até 2022. Mas para chegar até aqui foi necessário compreender pelo menos três questões relacionadas à política: 1- como a correlação de forças nas casas legislativas interferem na formulação de Políticas Públicas para o Ensino Superior; 2 – Qual a influência das políticas internacionais nos governos e consequentemente no Ensino Superior; 3 – O papel dos governos na elaboração, implantação e execução do Ensino Superior no âmbito local. A partir dessas questões procuramos traçar um caminho que nos permitiu conhecer o passado e compreender o presente de modo a subsidiar a construção de um futuro equitativo.
