The Miracle Girl

Hospice
Joey Cavello, a man with a terminal illness, enters a hospice where he picks up on strange occurrences such as the mysterious occupant who resides on the second floor, something with a terrible origin; or the strange and impenetrable fog that surrounds the facility that’s keeps everyone in like a holding pen; and what about the mysterious and blind administrator who appears to be omniscient, and a man of cruel judgment. What is the thing on the second floor? What is the purpose of the dense mist that encircles the facility? And what is the administrator’s true and underlying purpose for those who enter the Hospice? Cavello, who bands together with others, tries to unveil the hospice’s dark and supernatural secret. But can they unravel its sinister mystery before they are eternally damned? The clock is ticking.
Descendants of David J. and Magdalena Hochstetler
David J. Hochstetler (1839-1929) was born in Holmes County, Ohio, the son of Preacher Jonas D. and Elizabeth Miller Hochstetler. Magdalena Hochstetler (1844-1920) was born in Holmes County, Ohio, the daughter of Deacon Joseph P. and Magdalena Eash Hochstetler. David and Magdalena were third cousins and were great great grandchildren of the Swiss German immigrant, Jacob Hochstetler, who settled in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in 1738. They were married in 1861 at Goshen, Indiana. They settled on a farm in Clinton Township, Elkhart County, Indiana. They had twelve children, 1862-1892. David and Magdalena Hochstetler are buried in the Nisley Cemetery in Clinton Township. Descendants lived in Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Ohio, and elsewhere. Descendants spell their surname "Hochstetler" and "Hostetler."

Our Immigrants, Christian and Elizabeth Christner's Family
Christian Christner (1799-1836), a son of Peter Christner and Magdalena Guth, was probably born in Germany, where his parents had moved from Switzerland. He married Elizabeth (1796-1862) before 1820, and the family immigrated to Canada in 1828, eventually settling in Iowa. They had eight children. Descendants live in Canada and the midwest United States.
The Family Record of Johannes & Barbara (Kaufman) Ramseyer, 1780-2002
Johannes Ramseyer was born 3 April 1780 in Mancenans, France. His parents were Isaak Ramseyer and Anna Augsburger. He married Barbara Kaufman (1780-1844) 30 May 1800 in Alsace, France. They had ten children. They emigrated in 1834 and settled in Ohio. He died 4 July 1853. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Kansas.
Family Record of Moses Borkholder and His Descendants
Christian Burkholder immigrated with his father and family from Switzerland to the Palatinate of Germany and after Christian's death, his widow and six children immigrated to Philadelphia in 1755, and settled in Earl Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Descendants (chiefly Mennonites) lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Oregon and elsewhere.
