Die Transformation von Eigentum an Immobilien in Albanien
Die ideologischen und politischen Umbrüche in der Geschichte des albanischen Staates im 20. Jahrhundert führten zur Konstituierung unterschiedlicher Eigentumsordnungen. Ziel dieser Studie ist die umfassende Darstellung und Analyse der Transformation von Eigentum an Immobilien in Albanien. Es wird auf die Restitution bzw. Entschädigung der vormaligen Eigentümer eingegangen und gefragt, ob dies eine besondere Eigentumserwerbsform darstellt und ob eine Restitution auch für ausländische vormalige Eigentümer möglich ist. In der Arbeit werden auch die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen für Immobilienerwerb durch Ausländer erläutert.
