Peristiwa yang paling mencengangkan adalah dibukanya rekaman perbincangan dengan sejumlah aparat penegak hukum terkait kasus Bibit-Chandra, yang terkenal dengan istilah ‘cicak vs buaya’. Persidangan yang terjadi pada Senin (2/11) itu dibuka langsung oleh Ketua MK Moh. Mahfud MD setelah mendapat kesepakatan dari para hakim konstitusi lainnya.
