Demersul vizează exclusiv dezvoltarea abordărilor știinţifice privind desfășurarea ședinţei de judecată, din perspectiva tehnicilor Comunicării judiciare promovată prin lucrarea Convinge judecătorul – Tehnica și arta convingerii instanţei (editura Wolters Kluwer, 2014, ediţia I). Autorul respinge, ca fiind împotriva regulilor loialităţii faţă de judecător și confraternităţii faţa de avocaţi, orice interpretare referitoare la critica susţinerilor și hotărârilor luate de judecătorii și avocaţii în proces.
