Crochet Madder Triangles was written in 2013 as pattern support for yarns dyed by Amanda's indie hand dyed yarn company - The Natural Dye Studio (NDS). Madder was Amanda's favourite natural dye, it is the orange/red colour used for Persian carpets. All the projects in the book (except for Icarus) contain at least one Madder (orange) triangle. The patterns contain detailed colour recommendations, they contain both written and charted motif instructions and in both US and UK terms. There are simple step by step construction charts which will help you through the entire process, and several colour variation charts for each design.
