Author of five stories connected with the title Lights in the Dark, Amir Kladnjakovic is motivated to point out his view of the camp and war (1992-1995) in the area of north-eastern Bosnia, as he was detained and then a participant of the war. With regard to the time of meaningless human suffering, he therefore speaks as witness and actor of events, and his stories act in a suggestive and striking way.

O vremenu besmislenih ljudskih stradanja on, dakle, govori kao svjedok i akter zbivanja, pa stoga njegove priče djeluju sugestivno i upečatljivo.
