La equidad de género en el sector minero colombiano
La organización Women In Mining - WIM Colombia y el grupo de investigación del Departamento de Derecho Minero Energético de la Universidad Externado de Colombia ofrecen la presente obra, que a través de siete capítulos traza un panorama sobre la equidad de género en el sector minero colombiano, los avances, balance y desafíos, destacando que la equidad de género no es solo tarea de los gobiernos, las empresas, las organizaciones y la academia, sino que implica acciones cotidianas de cada individuo con el fin de eliminar barreras culturales, sesgos inconscientes y actitudes que generen discriminación y violencia.
