Model T Leadership
The single biggest barrier to effective leadership in organisations is that most of us are promoted into leadership positions because we are technically good at or passionate about something. We are promoted because of what we do, rather than how we think. This book is built around the T model of leadership developed and honed over 20 years of working with leaders across the UK. It is a very simple model which recognises that the vertical of the T is our technical comfort zone where we want to focus our time and efforts, managing the activity around us.
